Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site

First-time users should do the following:

  1. Create Account
  2. Enter the following:
    • 69399X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Presentation Guidelines for Authors – ICATI 2026(nexotech2026)

1. Accepted papers in ICATI-Nexo-Tech2026 can be presented at the conference either in a offline or in an online format.

2. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore without any indication of the presentation mode.

3. For both online/offline mode, the authors require to prepare a presentation with the following guidelines:

(a) First slide of your presentation should contain Paper ID, Title, Author name & affiliation.

(b) The other slides should contain the name of the conference (2026 IEEE-NexoTech International Conference on Advanced Technologies and Innovations) as the Footer (left aligned) and the paper ID in the footer (right aligned).

(c) The paper title should appear at the header of the slides (right aligned).

(d) Include slide number in the format X/Y where X is the current slide number and Y is the total number of slides.

(e) A sample of the slide for reference can be found here.

(f) Maximum number of slides should be 20, including title, conclusion and references.

(g) Use clear background (black letters on white background) and clear and legible font sizes in the slides.

(h) Prepare your presentation such that each presentation is of maximum 12 minutes duration with additional 3 minutes for questions and answers, so that the total time allotted for presentation is 15 minutes.

4. Guidelines for Online presentation:

(a) For Online mode, the authors have to prepare a video presentation of the prepared slides with good audio/video clarity of 720p and must be in mp4 format, with a maximum file size of 100MB.

(b) Face of the presenting author must appear along with presentation slides in the recorded video.

(c) Authors may use OBS studio or similar tools for preparing video presentations.

(d) Synchronize your audio with the slides and ensure good clarity and audibility during the online presentation.

(e) Special effort is needed to take care of the audio clarity of the prepared video and synchronize your audio with the slides and ensure good clarity and audibility during the online presentation.

(f) The author should upload the ppt + video in the supplementary material in CMT.

(g) The deadline of uploading the supplementary material is 5th May 2026

(h) Presenting authors should login 5 minutes before the scheduled session in the link provided by the session manager.

(i) During presentation, the recorded video will be played, and the presenting author should be available for interaction.

5. Offline presenting author need only to upload presentation slides only (pdf/ppt/pptx) in the supplementary material.
