Submission Guidelines

Step-by-step instructions to submit your paper via CMT for IEEE Nexo-Tech 2026 / ICATI 2026.

Introduction

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through Microsoft CMT. This page outlines detailed steps to ensure your submission is complete and accepted for review.

Submission Steps

  • Create a CMT account: Account Creation
  • Prepare your manuscript following the Author Guidelines.
  • Log in to the conference CMT page: * CMT submission link will be coming shortly
  • Fill in the required metadata: title, abstract, keywords, authors, affiliations.
  • Upload PDF and source files (Word/LaTeX).
  • Confirm all authors are listed correctly and AI usage is disclosed (if any).
  • Submit the paper and wait for acknowledgment from the system.

Review Process

  • Single-blind peer review conducted by the Technical Program Committee.
  • Evaluation includes originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance.
  • Authors will be notified via CMT regarding acceptance or rejection.

Camera-ready & Registration

  • Accepted papers require camera-ready submission by the given deadline.
  • At least one author must register for the conference to include the paper in proceedings.
  • All authors must complete IEEE copyright transfer forms.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
